Your targeting is fine. The creative is what is capping you
In twelve accounts we scored every creative format against its own average. The gap between the best and worst format was wider than anything targeting was doing — 155 against 61. What is capping the account is which creative you make, and how fast you can replace it.
The bottleneck is creative volume, not media buying
Once an account is past the setup problems, performance is mostly a creative supply problem. Ads fatigue, the algorithm needs new material, and the shoot calendar cannot keep up with the rate at which creative decays.
The usual responses are to spend more behind tired creative, or to relaunch the same ad with a new thumbnail. Neither works for long.
What changes when creative supply is not the constraint
- You can afford to test formats you are not sure about.
- You can retire a fatigued ad on the day it fatigues, not when the replacement is ready.
- You can run a real structured test instead of three assets and a guess.

Questions, answered.
We already work with UGC creators. Does this replace them?
Usually it sits alongside them. Creators make the credibility pieces; this covers volume, iteration and everything the shoot did not capture.
What categories does it work best in?
Products that photograph well and can be shown in use — apparel, skincare and beauty, pet, food and beverage, accessories, consumer tech.
Do you need our ad account access?
No. You can download the cuts and upload them yourself.
