The answers you need before you run an AI ad
Rights, consent, disclosure and the things we refuse to make. Plainly, in one place, because every buyer asks and most sites bury it.
Ownership and licence
You own every ad you make, on every plan including the free one. You can run it in paid media, post it organically, and keep using it after you cancel. There is no licence to renew.
Likeness and consent
AI presenters are synthetic and are not real customers. They are not presented as verified users of your product, and we do not generate a likeness of a real person without consent.
We do not offer custom avatars or voice cloning. Every AI presenter and voice is one of the built-in options, so no one's face or voice is recreated from an upload.
Platform disclosure
Meta and TikTok both maintain their own rules on labelling AI-generated and synthetic media, and those rules have changed more than once. Check the current policy for the placement you are buying before you launch, and label where required — a paused ad set is cheaper than an account review.
We do not label the output for you, because the requirement depends on where you run it and what it depicts.
What we will not generate
- A real person's likeness or voice without consent.
- Another brand's trade marks, packaging or footage inside your ad.
- Fabricated testimonials attributed to named, real customers.
- Health, financial or earnings claims you cannot substantiate.
- Anything Meta or TikTok do not allow in ads. We follow both platforms' advertising policies and add no extra category rules of our own.
Questions, answered.
Will an AI-generated ad get my account banned?
Not for being AI-generated. Accounts get into trouble over claims, prohibited categories and undisclosed synthetic media where disclosure is required. Those are content decisions, and they stay yours.
Can I use the output after I cancel?
Yes. Everything you made is yours to keep using, paid or organic.
Do you train on my uploads?
Only if you opt in. By default, your uploads are used only to make your ads.
