Reports that say what happened and what is next
A dashboard tells you numbers. A good report tells you which numbers matter, why they moved, and what to do about it. We send one every week, in plain English, across every channel we run.
What goes in a weekly report
Our reports are short on purpose. The top of the page answers three questions: did we hit the target, what changed, and what are we doing next week. The detail sits underneath for anyone who wants it.
- Headline numbers: spend, revenue, new customers and blended MER against target.
- Channel by channel: cost per purchase and return on ad spend on Meta, TikTok, Google and Microsoft.
- Creative: which ads, hooks and formats won, and which have tired.
- Changes made last week, and what they did.
- The plan for next week, including new ads on the way.
AI helps us pull and summarise the data quickly. A person checks it, writes the conclusions and stands behind them.
Numbers we lean on
MER
Total revenue divided by total ad spend. The best single check on whether ads pay overall.
Cost per new customer
What it costs to win someone who has not bought before, kept apart from repeat buyers.
Return on ad spend
Useful within a channel, read with care across channels because each counts differently.
Hook and hold rates
How many people watch past the first seconds, which tells us which openings to make more of.
Frequency
How often the same people see your ads, an early sign that creative needs refreshing.
Contribution
Revenue after product costs and ad spend, where you share margin data with us.
Prefer a dashboard too?
Our app includes read-only performance analytics for Meta and TikTok: spend, CPA and ROAS by ad, hook and format, plus your competitors' longest-running ads. It never changes campaigns. Clients of the managed service can use it alongside the weekly report.
Questions, answered.
How often do you report?
Weekly by default, with a longer monthly review. During big sale periods we check in more often.
Can you report on channels you do not manage?
Yes, if you give us read access. Blended numbers like MER work best when every channel is included.
Will the numbers match Shopify?
Store revenue comes from your store. Platform numbers come from each platform. We show both and explain the gap rather than hiding it.
